When teams rise to the top, communities rise with them.
Three Guernsey Sonic locations: Greenville, Central City, and Spring, Texas recently earned a place among the Top 50 Sonics nationwide in the 2025 Dr Pepper SONIC Games, a recognition of outstanding performance, teamwork, and guest experience. But this achievement didn’t stop at the drive-in.
To honor their success, the SONIC Foundation and Dr Pepper donated $10,000 on behalf of each location, that’s $30,000 total, to help fund classroom projects and teacher resources through DonorsChoose, directly benefiting local schools and students in their communities.
From first graders in Texas getting brand-new recess equipment to Kentucky classrooms gaining science supplies, storytime resources, and creative learning tools, each project represents what happens when commitment to excellence meets community connection.
These donations helped bring classroom dreams to life across dozens of schools, including:

Carl Wunsche Senior High School | Muhlenberg County Middle School | Calhoun Elementary School |
Salyers Elementary School | Chandlers Elementary School | Hopkins County Central High School |

This is Excellence with Purpose. Because success isn’t just measured in sales, it’s measured in smiles, opportunities, and the ripple effects of giving back.
