August 2025 – Westlake Village, CA — Guernsey Holdings today announced the expansion of its Sonic Drive-In portfolio with the addition of four new locations in South Texas. This acquisition brings the company’s total Sonic presence to 133 drive-ins nationwide, further strengthening its position as one of the largest Sonic franchise operators in the country.

• 805 North Nueces, George West, TX

• 1108 Tenth Street, Floresville, TX

• 200 N. Sunset, Kenedy, TX
