"Chilling" with the Best: Guernsey Sonic's National Convention at the Minus5 Ice Experience

Every year, the Sonic National Convention provides an incredible opportunity for our General Managers and supervisors at Guernsey Sonic to come together, celebrate achievements, and inspire growth. This internal event serves as both a celebration and an opportunity to inspire growth for our GMs and supervisors. Held at the luxurious Venetian in Las Vegas, this year’s convention showcased our commitment to innovation and creating unforgettable experiences for our team.

What better way to meet and connect with our dynamic team than at Minus5 in the Venetian Canal Shoppes - a bar made entirely of ice! It’s a venue that’s as bold and unique as the Sonic team, and it set the perfect stage for our Meet and Greet with Mike James, Guernsey Sonic Founder and CEO.

The event was an opportunity for leadership to interact with our hard-working GMs and supervisors, sharing insights and building stronger bonds. As always, Mike James led by example, meeting with the team and showcasing just how hands-on he is in growing the business and fostering a sense of community.

The evening included cocktails and small bites, giving everyone the chance to connect, share ideas, and experience firsthand the leadership and innovation that define the Sonic team.
