Guernsey Sonic Acquires Five Oregon Locations, Strengthening Northwest Presence

We’re excited to announce that Guernsey Sonic has expanded its family with the acquisition of five Sonic locations in Oregon, previously operated by Mills St. Clair, completed in late June 2024. This move strengthens our Pacific Northwest presence, growing our reach to eight locations in the region and bringing our total Sonic portfolio to 106 locations nationwide!
