This year, we rolled out the red carpet for our top performers with the 2024 Circle of Excellence Award Trip—an unforgettable adventure in sunny Orlando, Florida! This annual tradition is our way of saying “thank you” to the amazing General Managers and Supervisors who continue to set the standard for what it means to be the best in the business.

The trip kicked off with style as our honorees gathered for a delicious four-course dinner and our formal Awards Banquet. Surrounded by fellow leaders, family, and friends, we raised our glasses and recognized the outstanding work that powers Guernsey Sonic every single day.

We also took a moment to spotlight a few individuals who truly stood out this year—not just for their performance, but for the passion, leadership, and impact they bring to everything they do.

Of course, no trip to Orlando is complete without some theme park fun—and our Circle of Excellence crew made the most of it! After a sunny rooftop brunch, we spent the next two days hopping between roller coasters, fireworks, and fan-favorite attractions at Universal Studios and Disney World. From thrill-seekers to popcorn lovers, there was something magical for everyone.

But the best part of the trip? The people. The laughter, the shared stories, and the team spirit were a perfect reminder of what makes this group so special. These moments weren’t just well-earned—they were a celebration of everything our leaders do to make Guernsey Sonic an amazing place to work.
