Russellville Sonic Becomes First Certified Training Store in the Tennessee–Kentucky Market!

There’s something amazing happening at our Russellville Sonic and this time, it’s bigger than the footlong coney! Guernsey Sonic is proud to celebrate a major milestone: the Russellville Drive-In, under the steady leadership of General Manager Mandy Gaddie, has officially earned the distinction of Certified Training Store. It’s the first in the Tennessee–Kentucky market to reach this elite status and just the fourth across all Guernsey Sonic locations.

This recognition isn’t just about operational excellence, it’s about investing in people. Certified Training Stores are where future Sonic leaders are developed. These locations meet rigorous standards in guest experience, team leadership, and performance, and they offer a real-world training ground for new managers and high-potential team members.
